1.Packing material:OPP/CPP,CPP/PE etc (that can be hot sealing) and required the finished roll is ≤300mm,OPP is the cheapest cost at the present.
1. we will tailored vibration feeder for screw sample.the vibrating feeders also can be adjusted separately .
2. linear vibration arrangement device, and precision counting control device ensuret each bag is accurate.
3. Screw hardware automatic packaging machine using advanced PLC or single-chip control system,if the fault the machine will stop and alarm, then it will self-diagnosis.
4. Automatically display the number of packages, can be convenient to calculate the workload of the machine.
5.The whole machine is made from stainless steel.

A.In wooden pallet, In plastic film, the spare parts and cabinet packed by wooden box.

A.Usually by T/T ( 30% in advance, the balance shoud be paid shipping before)
